About FC Brenham

Purpose – FC Brenham is a youth soccer club that shall operate as a charitable, educational, athletic, non-profit, tax exempt corporation as defined by the State of Texas and in compliance with the requirements to qualify as a tax exempt charity under section 501(c)(3)of the current US tax code or equivalent section of a future tax code.

FC Brenham shall provide:

· Low cost or free opportunity for young people to participate in competitive soccer based on their desire and ability to play while maintaining satisfactory grades in their school work;

· teach good sportsmanship and conduct on and off the field;

· educate youth participants and adult sponsors in fundamental and advanced competitive soccer skills;

· promote youth athletics through sponsorship and participation in scheduled competitive youth soccer events with other similarly structured affiliated organizations with the possibility of national level competition;

· and conduct other related activities as FC Brenham shall deem appropriate.
