Brenham is a youth soccer club in Brenham, Texas

RECORDS: The Club and Teams
shall provide the maximum allowable public disclosure of their affairs. Club
and team governing documents that have been created, and the treasurer’s
financial reports, and related records are posted at the Forms/Documents

SCHOLASTIC REQUIREMENT: To
participate club activities all players must maintain passing grades in all
subjects, which must be documented by report card, progress report or other
appropriate document issued by their school.
Each player shall bring a copy of their grade document to the next practice
after the report is issued by the school and present it to the coach or manager
for verification of eligibility to participate in club activities. Failure to present the grade document or
grades below 70 will render the player ineligible immediately. Eligibility will not be restored until a
satisfactory report is presented.

TRYOUTS: Fall 2010 tryouts will Monday August 2 and Tuesday
August 3, 6:00 PM at Hohlt Park for all BBYSA Competitive soccer boys and girls
who are 9 to 18 years old. Players must have a
completed application, wear soccer cleats and shin guards, bring their own
water (at least 1 quart), and one soccer ball.

PARENTS MEETING: High School
Cafeteria 6:00 PM Thursday August 5th.
·
FEES: Fall season fees will be announced at the parent’s meeting Thursday
August 5th.
·
ASSISTANCE:
Advise a coach or manager in private at
tryout or when family circumstances change if assistance is necessary with
fees, uniform and/or equipment cost, transportation to practice and/or games,
or anything else. Except in emergencies do
not expect assistance if not arranged in advance.

PRACTICE: Fall
season practice times will be announced soon. Players must wear soccer cleats and shin
guards, bring their own water (at least 1 quart), and one soccer ball. DO NOT wear game uniforms to practice.

TRANSPORTATION: Parents are
responsible for transporting players to and from practice and games.
·
GAME SCHEDULE: A
Timberline Fall 2010 schedule will
be up on their website early in September. The fall season begins September 11th. Caution – due to frequent last
minute changes, recheck the schedule on Friday night.
·
GAME DAY: Normally
Saturday or Sunday. Parents shall have
players at the field and ready to play at least 30 minutes before game time,
with water, ball, soccer cleats, shin guards and uniform.
