Dissolution
By action
of the Board of Directors, FC Brenham, a Texas Non-Profit Corporation, has been
dissolved and all activities were terminated effective at 7:00 AM, January 27,
2012 except those activities necessary to wind up the dissolution as required
by law.
Articles
of Dissolution have been approved by the Board of Directors and the required
document was transmitted online to The Texas Secretary of State at 1:30 PM,
January 27, 2012.
